Throughout the year we have made quite a few donations to local charities. Most come from recommendations from our clients and employees about causes which are important to them. In 2019 I specifically challenged our staff to identify charitable organizations which we could support with a donation. Everyone had fun and felt great by contributing to the organizations that were important to them. The Giving even perpetuated itself as we found even more ways to donate to these organizations.
In reaching out to our clients on social media, I found out what organizations were important to them. Many were for programs at the schools where their children attend. In fact about half of all of our donations in 2019 were related to schools.
We received several letters of recognition for our donations. These letters reinforce that we’ve made a difference with our donations, and send good vibes all throughout our office. Knowing that we’re making a difference in our community and for causes which everyone holds close will keep us making more donations in 2020.
Like I said, making these donations make everyone in the office feel good. We want to get those same good feelings again in 2020, so if you have a charitable organization that is important to you, let us know what that is.
