Craig is the President of JSW Insurance and in the insurance industry since 1994. Craig leads a very active life outside of insurance. He loves to snow ski, run, bike, hike and going out to see local, live rock music. He volunteers his time as the treasurer of the very active Boy Scout Troop 834 in San Ramon. In 2016 Craig served as President of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of California. Craig is also the father of a son who is in high school and a daughter who is in middle school. If he is not busy helping you with your insurance needs he’s probably out enjoying life.

Laura is the daughter of the agency’s founder James S. Williams and has been with the agency since 1989. She is also Craig’s sister and the two have been lucky enough to work together to carry on their family business. Laura’s son graduated from the University at California Berkeley in 2016 where he played 4 years of baseball. In 2016 he was drafted in the 9th round by the Minnesota Twins. Her younger son will graduate from the University of San Francisco in 2018 with a Finance Degree. After being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2016 and winning the battle, her new passion is working out and enjoying life to the fullest while spending time with friends and family

Chris McAdams has worked at JSW Insurance Associates since 1995 and is the Commercial Lines Manager. Chris is married to her husband Joe and has 2 daughters. One is a graduate of Saint Maries College and the other is attending Chapman University. Chris volunteers at her local church, likes to spend time in her garden, as well as with her 3 year old Labrador retriever, Cassidy.

Andrea began working for JSW Insurance for an hour a day during her senior year of high school back in 2002. Throughout the years she has done a little bit of everything in each department and is now a commercial lines customer service representative, specializing in policy renewals and certificates of insurance. In 2016 her entire world changed when she welcomed her first child. Outside of the office you will most likely find her doing whatever she can to make her son happy, including but not limited to, going for walks, reading stories and pretending to be a windup toy.

Mary Sue is a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent that has been with the agency since 2008. She enjoys many activities outside of work which include water skiing, swimming, hiking, biking and most outdoor adventures. She also enjoys giving back to the community by donating to thrift stores and in return loves to purchase second hand furniture to refurbish by using her creativity. After Mary Sue's special touch these pieces of furniture are given an astounding new life. She is also a very proud mother to a daughter who recently graduated from San Francisco State University and is now living on her own becoming the best person she can be. You will always find Mary Sue doing some type of activity or learning how to use a new tool.

Gavin Sierra has been an Agent at JSW Insurance since 2009 and thinks of his staff as family. He was Born in Puerto Rico and came to the United States with his single mother when he was 6 years old speaking only Spanish. Prior to the insurance industry Gavin was a United States Marine and served most of his time oversees and was a Police Officer for 6 years serving at both Burlingame PD and Broadmoor PD as a Motor Officer. Gavin is married to his lovely wife Stacey who is a teacher in the San Mateo/Foster City School District and they have 3 Beautiful children. Outside the world of insurance Gavin likes to stay in shape by working out and running and keeping up with his active kids. He coaches baseball, basketball, softball and football to name a few.

Michele has been in the insurance industry since 1995. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves hiking and biking. Her son is an amateur motocross rider with aspirations to become a pro someday. Outside of the office you can find Michele at a motocross event watching her son compete, otherwise hitting the trails in the hills and along the coast. She also likes to cook and garden.
